In Feb 2002 a
group of condo owners and property managers got together to build this site.
Why?
- We were very
disappointed when a major listing company raised their listing commission
from 10% to 20%.
- We were sick
of all the other ugly/unprofessional vacation rental sites.
- Many of the
other sites are not very easy to navigate for end users.
- Most of the
vacation rental sites were needlessly difficult and inflexible when adding
a listing.
- So we ventured
out to make the Best Vacation Rental site. We hope to make a positive experience
for customers looking for vacation accomodation with a site that is easy
to use and looks great and has lots of properties to choose from. And with
good marketing and by having a great site we hope to be able to bring more
bookings to people who list with us.
