This is a newly renovated large and very private beach house apartment. Both bedrooms have french doors that open onto a screened deck. Enjoy the indoor river-stone shower or the outdoor hot/cold shower overlooking the palms. The kitchen has a marble top and new appliances with gas and charcoal BBQs on the deck. Located in the Gulf of Mexico, North Captiva is a true barrier island accessible by water taxi only. Rental includes full club membership(swimming pools/tennis/bath house/hot tub/kayaks/bicycles/childrens play area/vollyball/basketball/fitness room/bar) and a golf cart. Once on the island, travel is by golf cart, walking, or bicycle (no cars are allowed on the island). The beach is know for the best shelling in North America, and the surrounding waters are know for some of the best fishing. Golfing is offered on our adjacent island. There are 2 resturants on the island each only a short walk or golf cart ride away. We have sand in the eyes, And the ears and the nose And sand in the hair, And sand between the toes!
