They worked closely together to create a truly spectacular vacation home that maximizes every renter's comfort, convenience and privacy. In the courtyard there is a large, natural rock fountain and waterfall that pours into a free-form swimming pool that is completely lined with ceramic tile. The privacy-fenced courtyard has lounge chairs for sunning, a palapa covered patio for shade, a BBQ grill and food preparation area with a sink, and divers will enjoy the large rinse tank and drying station. Villa Caballitos is decorated and furnished in traditional Mexican and tropical decor including custom-made Mexican rustic furniture, original paintings, flower arrangements, custom window treatments, local crafts and traditional Mexican pottery and ceramics. For guest privacy, this villa has two separate units...a 2 bedroom 2 bath downstairs called El Caballito Rojo and a 3 bedroom 3 bath upstairs called El Caballito Azul. They are completely air conditioned, both have full kitchens, phones for local calls, a safe for valuables, special cushioning on the beds for comfort plus each has a color TV, VCR and CD player. There are 5 king sized beds, and one bed upstairs can be converted to 2 twins by request. Villa Caballitos is on a quiet street in the Corpus Cristi neighborhood, Cozumel’s newest and nicest residential area. It’s very convenient to the ocean (on the 4th street), a major grocery/liquor store, an ATM machine, restaurants and within walking distance of the main square. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it’s designed to very comfortably sleep 10 people plus there is an air mattresses to accommodate 1 additional guest if requested. Rates: $1950-$1950/wk Regular rates are $1,950/wk. There are 10-15% discounts in the summer and fall for rentals completed between June 15 and November 15, 2002.
