Captiva Delight is a 2,000 sf two-story stilt home with three full bedrooms, large sleeping loft, two bathrooms, ample living and dining area, modern fully-equipped kitchen, large screened porch and private sundeck off the master suite. It is located in the private community of Sunset Captiva, which offers Gulf Beach access (300 yards from house), a large heated community pool (200 yards from house), two tennis courts and several barbecue grills. A very short walk to the village of Captiva, where you will find groceries, shopping, and a dozen restaurants from funky/casual to fine dining. Rent or charter a boat at the marina right across the street. Golf is nearby on Sanibel Island, as is the famous Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and Bird Sanctuary. Visitors to Captiva Delight have a tendency to come back again and again.
