Captiva Retreat is a 2,200 sf two-story stilt home with two full bedrooms, double sleeper sofa in private den, extra single bed in loft, three bathrooms, ample living and dining area, newly-renovated full kitchen, huge wrap-around screened porch, and private sundeck off the master suite. We provide HiSpeed Internet access with WiFi. It is located in the private community of Sunset Captiva, which offers Gulf Beach access (300 yards from house), a large heated community pool (200 yards from house), two tennis courts and several barbecue grills. A very short walk to the village of Captiva, where you will find groceries, shopping, and a dozen restaurants from funky/casual to fine dining. Rent or charter a boat at the marina right across the street. Golf is nearby on Sanibel Island, as is the famous Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and Bird Sanctuary. Visitors to Captiva Retreat have a tendency to come back again and again.
