The house is outfitted with quality furniture, appliances and accessories. House is wheelchair accessible. The house is very large, with two oceanfront master suites, a twin bedroom and a bunkroom with 4 bunks. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the loft above the greatroom. The house features 30 ft. of sliding glass doors to the pool/ocean to catch the constant warm tradewind breezes. Air-conditioning, filtered water and stand-alone icemaker. The house also has 2 ocean kayaks, 2 cruiser bicycles, 2 tandem cruisers, 2 hammocks and one crib for guests' use. Sony playstation, Sony Wega TV, DVD and plenty of board games. Propane grill, washer/dryer and all linens provided. Optional (daily) maid service. 10% Gov't tax is included in rate. Rates: $4750-$5950/wk Rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday; but will try to accomodate 10 day+ rentals.
