Enjoy the tranquility of your own home with an open kitchen plan with its own eating area full of modern appliances including microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, saucepans, and cooking utensils. The living room with cable TV and dining room are both tastefully decorated, and come with cathedral ceilings. The double patio doors are alarmed for child safety and open onto a covered lanai with large fully screened outdoor heated pool with a complete range of comfortable pool furniture. The outdoor living area features a 15' x 30' pool with deck completely screened in for your enjoyment.
