Three bedroom Villa, car included, on Water Island. Outdoor dining. Near Honeymoon Beach. Frequent ferries to St. Thomas. Special Summer Sale.

Water Island is a 500 acre island with a population of about 100 families mostly from the States who have retired or are working in St. Thomas. Our main attraction is Honeymoon Beach, an eigth mile of white sand. It's surf free clear waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. For the venturesome, Limestone Reef is easily accessed right from shore for snorkeling. Fort Segura on a hilltop can be explored and offers a panoramic view including St. Croix and Puerto Rico. Carolina Point's archaeological ruins may be visited as well.

Our Villa offers spacious relaxation. Our outdoor naturalized patio may be used for dining and lounging. Our 0.83 acre hilltop lot offers privacy but not isolation. Ceiling fans in all rooms stand by for the few times that the trade winds diminish.

On the St. Thomas ferry dock you will find Tickels Restaurant, Gormet Deli and a dive shop. A large Pueblo Supermarket is just two blocks away. Taxis will bring you to downtown Charlotte Amalie in 5 minutes.

Excursions to St. John, Tortola and Virgin Gorda leave from the Charlotte Amalie waterfront. Take the early ferry from Water Island.
