This beachfront home is set in the sand dunes right on the Pacific shore. Located in Sunny Southern California's "Hollywood Beach", Oxnard, CA, this quiet peninsula with very large, uncrowded beach is formed by the Channel Islands Yacht Harbor and the Pacific Ocean.

The house is fully equipped, including two kitchens, two car garage, washer/dryer, 4 TVs, 2 VCR's, all cooking accessories, gas BBQ, etc. Very romantic, with knock out sunsets! Located perpendicular to the terminus of the "breakwater", the beach affords safe swimming in the lagoon for young children with ocean surf a few feet away for adults.

A variety of dining on the peninsula and nightlife within walking distance. Located one hour from Los Angeles, Burbank, and LAX airports. South of Santa Barbara one half hour. Shopping is plentiful. As beautiful in winter as in summer! ENJOY!!!


Rates:
  • $200-$275/night
  • $1250-$2000/wk
  • $275/night (2 night minimum); $1,600/week-winter; 2,000/week summer (one week minimum, Fri to Fri.); $3000/month (winter only)
  • Main (partial) house only $200/night; $1,250/week $2200/month (winter only).
  • Note: All rentals less than 30 days, subject to 8% tax. Cleaning fee = $80 winter and $120 summer. All rates are subject to change without notice.
