Amenities include 2 Pools (1 Heated), Golf, lighted Tennis courts, Clubhouse with Restaurant/Lounge, Fitness room, Shuffleboard, Jogging paths, 24 hour gated Security, 1 mile to all Shopping, close to Airport, Disney and all Attractions.
We also have a lovely 3 bedroom home on the Fairway at Ventura. This lovely home includes a 2-car garage, loft, and exquisitely furnished.

- Our rates are discounted when renting longer than 1 week, such as 10 days, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month.
- LOW Season:$750/10days--$995/2wks.--$1350/3wks--$1500/month
- MID Season:$850/10days--$1100/2wks.--$1300/3wks--$1450/month
- HIGH Season:$950/10days--$1250/2wks.--$1600/3wks.--$1950/month
- There is a 10% surcharge during New Year, July 4th, Christmas weeks.
- A $100.00 discount off our already low rates during entire month of September and October---one week would be $450.00
- There is an 11% tax on all rentals under 6 months

- Security Deposit:There is a $150.00 Security deposit on 1-2 bedroom condos, and a $300.00 Security deposit on our 3-bedroom home.This deposit is fully refundable, and will be credited to your credit card or check sent to you (if paid by check) within 15 days after your departure time.
- We accept the following credit cards:Visa/MasterCard/Discover, as well as personal checks.
- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your reservation before full payment is made,the following charges will apply to your deposit:
- 61 days or over before arrival---$ 50.00(condo)---$100.00(home
- 31 to 60 days before arrival---$100.00(condo)---$200.00(home
- 1 to 30 days before arrival---$150.00(condo)---$300.00(home)
- Should you decide to cancel after payment has been made ( which is due 30 days prior to arrival time), you shall be liable for that amount paid,unless we are able to find a suitable tenant for that period of time.
- As a courtesy, we will apply any charges made to your deposit,as a credit toward any future rental you do with us up to a 1 Year Maximum.

Airport to Ventura:Take Route 436 North (Semoran Blvd.) for 7 miles-------you will soon see on your Right side, a K-Mart store and BP/Amoco---get in your Right lane and take a Right on Curry Ford Rd. at the Lights-----go 1 mile to the 2nd Traffic Light, and turn into Ventura Country Club on your Right side------Show your pass that I sent you to the Guardhouse.
Once you show the pass to the guardhouse, continue straight to the stop sign.
Continue straight and you will see Tennis courts on your Left side----- begin to drive slower now and on your RIGHT, you will see two entrances to "WILLOWPOINTE"
