Sea Cay is a private luxury villa located in upscale Rendezvous Bay, on St. John's south shore. Secluded beaches nearby include Reef Bay and Ditliff Point, with excellent snorkeling and hiking. Restaurants, markets, ferries, and entertainment are a quick ten minute ride away.
Sea Cay was designed to take advantage of the incredible ocean views and breezes. This villa is a perfect honeymoon spot, or a great place for a family or couples. Sea Cay offers wonderful ocean views from every room.
Amenities include:
Three master suites, each with king bed, a/c, cable TV and full bath
Fully equipped kitchen, gas grill
Private pool, with plenty of sun and shade deck space
Extensive decks facing views and breezes
All linens, towels, beach chairs, coolers
Laundry room
Activities on St. John include: snorkeling, swimming, and hiking; boating, fishing; day trips to nearby islands; and duty free shopping.
On island property managers meet you at the dock, and escort you to your rental jeep, then to the villa for an orientation. They are on call to assist you with anything you'll need!

  • $314-$657/night
  • $2200-$4600/wk
  • Rates quoted based on number of people for a seven night stay.
  • Please add 8% hotle tax and refundable security deposit.

  • In the event of a cancellation, no deposit(s) will be refunded unless travel dates can be rebooked. If travel dates can be rebooked, we can issue a refund less a 10% handling fee.

Ferries run from St. Thomas to St. John every hour on the hour, a twenty minute boat ride.
