This beautifully decorated beach home in Captiva's village is located on very popular Wightman Lane, with a short, 2-3 minute stroll on our private, sandy lane to the beach. Captiva's beach has been rated the most romantic for its calm, warm water and gorgeous sunsets.
Recently redecorated, its detailed amenities reflect a finished home rather than a rental unit. The living room is surrounded with glass and a sliding glass door opens for a view of our private pool. A large screen Sony cable TV with VCR and DVD adds to your enjoyment, along with an Onkyo Stereo with a 6-disc CD changer and Infinity speakers. An eclectic CD music collection is provided. Wireless high speed Internet is also provided for your laptop.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area choices include a separate dining room, the sun & moon deck, or the table at the pool near the Weber gas grill.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed and a remote cable TV with VCR and a master bath in the suite. A door gives access to our beautiful sun & moon deck that is totally furnished for enjoyment any time of the day or night.
The second floor guest bedroom has two twin beds, a cable TV, and it's own full bath inside the bedroom for privacy. It also has access to the wonderful sun & moon deck.
The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV, and it's own full bath. It's a great room for the nanny, the grandparents, or another couple. This room is separated from the main living area for privacy.Our private, screened pool is heated year round to a comfortable 85 degrees. The pool deck is totally furnished for sunning, dining or relaxing.
You're only a 2 minute walk to the best restaurants and shops in Captiva's charming "olde Florida" village. Enjoy the extensive bike paths with our free men's and ladies' 7-speed aluminum bicycles. Golf is available at two 18 hole courses just 15 minutes away on nearby Sanibel Island.
