SandCastle is a 4 unit complex located right on the sand. These affordable beachfront rentals have a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean, from the distant Coronado Islands in Mexico to the south, to the gorgeous sunsets in the west and the night lights of downtown San Diego to the north. These bright and cozy 1 bedroom units have a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Each sleeps 4 guests. Sleep soundly with the sound of the surf and the aroma of the ocean breeze. These units are within walking distance of great family restaurants, parks and the award winning fish restaurant at the end of the pier. Check the pictures for the spectacular views of the ocean and the pier. There is parking for 1 vehicle, possibly 2 if you inquire ahead of time. There is a shared gas barbecue.

- Check in is 3 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. A tax of 10% will be applied to the rates. There is a non-refundable $35 reservation fee, made to all reservations. Monthly rentals are available.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- There is a $150.00 cancellation fee for any reservation canceled. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are charged the full rental rate. The TOT tax, cleaning fee and security deposit (less the $150.00 cancellation fee) is refunded. We will make every effort to re-book the property. If we re-book the property and the owner has not lost revenue, we will refund the full rental rate. In any event the $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged against the deposit. Your Signature on the contract that you fax back to us will provide us an authorization to make the charge for your vacation rental.
- Deposits
- There is a $500 security deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure assuming the unit is in the same condition as when you arrived. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the funds are not received, the reservation is canceled; a $150.00 cancellation fee would then be charged against the deposit and the remaining amount would be returned.
