This large east end home offers the perfect base for your family vacation or romantic getaway. High above the Caribbean Sea with views of both the north and south shores, this estate style villa is surrounded by covered porches (or 'galleries' as we call them on St. Croix) and an
extremely private pool and jacuzzi.

Top of the World is a newly remodled and tastefully
decorated villa offering a spacious floor plan which
seems to grow to meet your needs. The heart of the villa is
the large central kitchen which extends out to the
covered pool deck and informal dining area, or to the cathedral
ceilinged great room and formal dining area.

The extra large master suite is well seperated from the other two bedrooms within the main house, while the fourth bedroom
is located in a fully equipped detached guest house, across
the pool deck.

Ample, comfortable and relaxing, Top of the World will meet and
exceed your expectations inside and out.

Rates:

$2000-$4500/wk
A $500.00 damage deposit is required.
Rates do not include an 8% Hotel Tax.
50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

PAYMENT POLICY:
VACATION ST. CROIX requires that 50% of the rent is due here within 14 days of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rent, VI Hotel Tax, and damage deposit are due 45 days prior to your arrival.
No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See Hurricane policy)
No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem which cannot be cured within 24 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience.
Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is no refund during HIGH SEASON unless the property can be re-booked for the same rate and time.
OFF-SEASON: More than 30 days notice - full refund less $100.00 service charge, 16-29 day notice, 50% refund.
Less than 15 days notice - no refund. However, may re-rebook within 1 year provided your request dates are available. Any difference in rates must be paid.
We strongly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance.
