About us

In Feb 2002 a group of owners of small car hire companies got together to build this site.

Why?

We were very disappointed when a major listing company raised their listing commission from 10% to 20%.
We were sick of all the other ugly/unprofessional vacation rental sites.
Many of the other sites are not very easy to navigate for end users.
Most of the vacation rental sites were needlessly difficult and inflexible when adding a listing.
So we ventured out to make the Best Vacation Rental site. We hope to make a positive experience for customers looking for vacation accomodation and rental cars with a site that is easy to use and looks great and has lots of offers to choose from. And with good marketing and by having a great site we hope to be able to bring more bookings to people who list with us.
